Canadian drivers to benefit from continuing legacy of innovation in customized driver safety training solutions
Edmonton, AB – Edmonton-based We Know Training, a technology-enabled, international learning solution provider, has acquired Fleet Safety International (FSI), a leading supplier of online driver education and in-vehicle training that prides itself on setting the driver training standard in Canada.
With this acquisition, We Know Training has expanded its educational service offerings into the driver safety industry and will serve as a platform for FSI’s continued growth and innovation.

A family-owned training company, FSI was established in 1986 in Calgary, AB by its president, Dr. Randy Flemmer. It specializes in research and behaviour-based driver education solutions. Both companies will continue to operate within their respective structures during an integration period, before eventually transitioning operations and integrating training solutions under the We Know Training brand.
“By bringing together our two companies, we’ve created a structure that adds value to the driver safety training ecosystem through a combined knowledge base and a broader reach,” said Flemmer, who will stay on with FSI in an advisory capacity. “It means more bench strength to innovate and improve driver safety, and increased capacity to equip more drivers with safety skills and reduce collision rates across Canada, and beyond.”
