Not only are the hazards more numerous and the regulations strict, but oftentimes the workers aren’t office-based. Danatec needed an engaging training solution for workers who are mobile, operating in highly complex worksites, and who often need to take multiple courses from their vast catalogue.

The training solution needed to be accessible, engaging, memorable, and current, to keep employees compliant with fast-evolving safety regulations. It also needed to be easy for training managers to navigate when tracking multiple certifications for large, fast-moving teams.

To deliver a solution that would ease the process for training managers and learners alike, We Know Training built and hosted all of Danatec’s custom courses on our LMS platform. The platform creates a powerful, centralized dashboard for training managers to track and manage their learners at a glance. It also generates automatic reminders when a certification is nearing expiry, so teams are always current and compliant without the administrative burden of manual tracking.

Learners enjoyed a streamlined process for completing multiple certifications on the go through our mobile-friendly platform. WKT also made it easy for them to show their certifications to different points of contact on shifting jobsites with our convenient digital credentials, all in one place.

WKT also built a robust white label e-commerce site for Danatec’s large course catalogue, making it easy to sell and cross-sell a large volume of courses.
