When the Alberta Real Estate licensing body decided to stop teaching pre-licensing courses, it left a gap in the market that was ripe for entrepreneurial types. We Know Training spotted the gap early on in the process, and developed a plan to be first to market in online pre-licensing education.

We needed to hire subject matter experts who could partner with our e-learning experts to deliver fantastic real estate courses on a tight timeline. We also needed to build a brand from the ground up to tell the story of how our fledgling real estate school was doing things differently. Finally, we needed to deliver all of these lofty objectives while working with the licensing body to make sure we met the highest educational standards of their regulated profession.

We put WKT’s full suite of training solutions to work to deliver a learner experience that informs and delights learners. Our online platform made it easier than ever for learners to navigate the entire journey, from registration to exam booking and licensing.

Our courses aren’t your standard fare when it comes to online learning. Our SMEs and instructional design experts partnered to provide highly engaging content that’s clear, easy to navigate, and competency-based. We used the science of adult learning to design courses that are anything but boring.

We reimagined what a real estate school can be, and we’re delivered so much more than the basic pre-licensing courses. Our industry-leading REcosystem is a community of smart, vibrant professionals who are partners in success, and get access to exclusive career resources, insights and networking opportunities.
