When the Alberta Real Estate licensing body decided to stop teaching pre-licensing courses, it left a gap in the market that was ripe for entrepreneurial types. We Know Training spotted the gap early on in the process, and developed a plan to be first to market in online pre-licensing education.

We needed to hire subject matter experts who could partner with our e-learning experts to deliver fantastic real estate courses on a tight timeline. We also needed to build a brand from the ground up to tell the story of how our fledgling real estate school was doing things differently. Finally, we needed to deliver all of these lofty objectives while working with the licensing body to make sure we met the highest educational standards of their regulated profession.
